To rent a car, you must be at least 21 years old and have held a Class B driver's license for at least one year. If your customer is at least 19 years old and has held a Class B driver's license for at least one year, they can rent by purchasing the Young Driver Package.

AdBlue is a diesel exhaust fluid used to minimize harmful gases emitted by diesel vehicles. Our reservations are created based on vehicle groups. Therefore, in addition to the brand, model, color, and fuel type warranty, we cannot guarantee whether your vehicle has additional AdBlue. You will be informed of whether your vehicle has AdBlue upon pickup.

There is no permission to go abroad with the rented vehicle.

Unfortunately, you cannot rent with someone else's credit card. The credit card holder must accompany you to the office and be included as an additional driver. The customer is the one making the payment; they must come to the office with their personal credit card and sign the necessary documents. The agreement is opened in the credit card holder's name, but the person in whose name the agreement is being opened must also have a driver's license.

It is an additional product service that allows users other than you to use the vehicle.
